ELLEBYE LAWYERS I/S was founded on October 1, 2007, when five of the leading corporate lawyers in Odense, Denmark joined forces to establish a new firm concentrating on business law.
ELLEBYE LAWYERS consists of 9 lawyers and 17 administrative staff and provides legal services to private and public companies in all major fields of law. Many years of experience and a large network of business relations secure highly qualified assistance and advice.
On April 1, 2008 ELLEBYE LAWYERS established a subsidiary company, ELLEBYE PRIVAT A/S, which deals with legal questions from the private sphere solely. On January 1, 2009 ELLEBYE LAWYERS merged with Valentin law offices international business lawyers and thereby strengthened its competences abroad.
ELLEBYE LAWYERS is domiciled in the centre of Odense. As Odense is located centrally in Denmark. The services of ELLEBYE LAWYERS extend to the whole of the country and all courts.
